Answers to the Questions You’ve Been Asking
Many builders and their design teams are having difficulties understanding both the updated requirements of the energy code as written, and how to best comply with them in practice. As often happens after a code change builders are likely getting conflicting information from various sources across the industry.
Following up from our Sept. 2022 workshop we will:
· Give the latest updates and recommendations; fielding questions which will be more pointed as builders have actually started to work through these issues with their teams
· Discuss the NJ Clean Energy Residential New Construction program as a great pathway to meeting the energy code
· Capture incentives from the state and tax credits from the federal government and help to answer tax credit questions you may have
